There is a natural way to embrace the joy and love in your life. Sometimes it is hard to be joyful when you have experienced so many of life’s challenges. With more than 15 years of private practice we have discovered a gentle way of healing life's wounds.

Members of our staff are available to assist you in having more love, joy and peace in your life. Counselor Tonya Anderson provides assistance to help you with your journey, a journey within each of us, the yearning to find our peace with the world. She is specifically trained in Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Counseling, EFT, and Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome. Psychologist Lara Guerrero specializes in research and corporate studies and assesments. Robin Van Auken, an anthropologist, specializes in communication and development training.

We use and teach holistic healing techniques to improve the quality of your life at home, work or church. The foundation of our practice is based on modeling loving kindness, peace, awareness and great communication. We offer excellent seminars, workshops, trainings and individual counseling to improve all aspects of your life, including:

Our Autumn Retreat Was a Joyful Success!

Nearly a dozen women spent an afternoon finding inner strength, security, and peace at our Autumn event. Hosted by An Exquisite Life, the women's retreat was Sunday, October 12, 2008, at the Riverstone House in Muncy, Pennsylvania. The day’s activities included:

• A light spa lunch and refreshments
• Meditation and relaxation exercises
• Angel readings
• Group and informal discussions
• A sacred circle around the campfire
